    Role & Responsibilities:

    角色与职责

    1. Regional market business development, including developing local clients and distributors, KINGENTA products registration and brand marketing, field trail and demonstration operation, monitoring products sales and logistics, competitor investigation, new products and technologies sourcing.

    所辖区域业务开发,包括开发本地客户和经销商、本集团产品进入许可和品牌推广、试验田和示范田运营、跟踪产品销售及物流服务、竞争对手调研、新产品和新技术信息搜集。

    1. International Cooperation, including M&A, investment, R&D program with local institutes and universities, technical experts sourcing and recommendation in the region.

    所辖区域国际合作,包括并购、投资、与当地科研机构与院校合作研发、技术专家寻访和推荐。

    1. International trade business support, including purchasing and exporting high-quality raw materials and products to other regions like China Mainland, importing raw materials and products from KINGENTA or other companies to meet local business requirements.

    国际进出口业务支持,包括在当地采购并向中国大陆等其他区域出口高质量原材料和产品、进口本集团或其他公司的原材料和产品以满足本地业务需求。

    1. Internal business management, including organization development and set up, people hiring and performance management, annual business plan making and following, processes and procedures making and following, cooperation with other overseas companies.

    内部业务管理,包括组织发展与建设、人员招募及绩效管理、年度经营计划制定及跟进、制度与流程制定与执行、与其他海外公司的协作。

     

    Qualifications:

    胜任资格:

    1. Bachelor and the above degree. The major of international trade, chemistry or agriculture is preferred.

    本科及以上学历,国际贸易、化学或农业专业优先。

    1. 15 years and the above working experience in international trade, international cooperation, enterprise management.

    国际贸易、国际合作或企业管理15年以上工作经验。

    1. The capabilities of business planning, procedures making and execution. Fluent English both in oral and written communication. Use MS Office including WORD/Excel/PowerPoint well.

    具备业务规划、流程建设与执行能力。英语口语及书面沟通流利。熟练使用MS Office系列办公软件。

    1. With great passion and loyalty. Be professional and responsible. Good teamwork and interpersonal communication.

    Subordinates:  Regional Export Biz Development Team, about 3 persons

    Role & Responsibilities:

    1. Support the Country Managers in designated region to develop local market, including KINGENTA products registration and brand marketing, field trail and demonstration operation, supply chain management and logistics service.

    支持指定区域国家经理开发本地市场,协助进行本集团产品进入许可和品牌推广、试验田和示范田运营、供应链管理及物流服务。

    1. New market business development in designated region, including developing local clients and distributors, KINGENTA products registration and brand marketing, field trail and demonstration operation, monitoring products sales and logistics, competitor investigation, new products and technologies sourcing.

    所辖区域新市场业务开发,包括开发本地客户和经销商、本集团产品进入许可和品牌推广、试验田和示范田运营、跟踪产品销售及物流服务、竞争对手调研、新产品和新技术信息搜集。

    1. The capabilities of business planning, procedures making and execution. Fluent English both in oral and written communication. Use MS Office including WORD/Excel/PowerPoint well.

    具备业务规划、流程建设与执行能力。英语口语及书面沟通流利。熟练使用MS Office系列办公软件。

    Develop overseas fertilizer markets and export KINGENTA products.

    Export Biz Director

    Key Responsibilities: Support the Export Director or work independently.
     
     
     
    Import Biz Director
     
    Key Qualifications: At least 10 years fertilizers export business experiences in China Mainland. The new fertilizers like CRF, WSF are preferred. The fluent English is required.
     
    Key Responsibilities: Local clients and distributors development, international products registration and brand marketing, field trail and demonstration operation, monitoring products sales and logistics, competitor investigation, new products and technologies sourcing.
     
     
     
    Import Biz Manager
     
    Key Qualifications: At least 5 years fertilizers sales business experiences in China Mainland. The new fertilizers like CRF, WSF are preferred. The fluent English is required.
     
    Key Responsibilities: Support the Import Biz Director or work independently.
     
     
     
    Business Development Agronomist
     
    Key Qualifications: At least 5 years’ agronomic experience in all field cropping and intensive systems. The fluent English is required. The local language including Spain, Japanese, Germany is preferred.
     
    Key Responsibilities: Promote our products and services to dealers within the assigned region. Trial our products against industry standards and provide reports based on yields, quality, cost analysis. Conduct dealer / agronomist / industry stakeholder product training.
     
     
     
    Market Communication Manager
     
    Key Qualifications: At least 5 years experiences in agricultural or FMCG products marketing. The fluent English is required. The experience in government/media/NGO relationship is preferred.
     
    Key Responsibilities: Complete market research and product positioning. Develop branding strategy. Operate media communication, PR, field promotion activities.
